In the collage of two images, one picture took us back to a nostalgic time in 2004. Sharing the same frame with Boney Kapoor was his late wife and veteran actress Sridevi. He was visibly larger 20 years ago, with much of the weight concentrated around his belly, a common issue for those, especially males, tackling weight problems around the world.

In the next picture, Boney Kapoor bore proof that if an individual is willing to work on themself, results are guaranteed. Not only was his weight visibly reduced, but his stomach, arms and legs were toned when compared to the previous picture.
Back in 2019, Boney Kapoor's daughter and actress Janhvi Kapoor cheered for her father when he lost 12 kgs. Calling herself “proud” of his achievement, the actress wrote, “Papa lost 12 kgs. Slim, trim, and healthy. So proud.” The post served as a clear indication of where Boney Kapoor derives his strength from. It is the support from his family, especially his children that drives the Bollywood veteran to aim for a fitter and healthier lifestyle.
Boney Kapoor's daughter Anshula Kapoor has also faced struggles in her weight loss journey. While she has been candid in speaking about it, her father has made sure to keep Anshula motivated. Earlier, the filmmaker dropped a picture of Anshula on Instagram, where she was seen taking a mirror selfie. Lauding her successful weight loss venture, Boney Kapoor wrote, “My super genius daughter looking so fit, fresh and beautiful”
