World Mental Health Day 2024 is just around the corner and that addresses mental wellbeing to be prioritised along with physical health. It is a day for global mental health education, awareness and advocacy against social stigmas. According to the World Health Organisation, "The World Mental Health Day raises awareness of mental health issues around the world and mobilize efforts in support of mental health."
