You're Sure To Go Head Over Heels About Taapsee's Aerial Yoga Workout

If you can't find the motivation to hit the gym this week, head over to Taapsee Pannu's Instagram Stories. On Monday, Taapsee offered her Insta-fam a sneak peek into her workout routine. The physical activity she indulged in was aerial yoga. In this hybrid mode of yoga, asanas are executed with the help of hammocks. This type of training enhances flexibility, burns calories, builds core strength, boosts blood circulation, improves cardiovascular health and stimulates digestion. Taapsee attempted the exercise with sheer finesse. Dressed in a maroon athleisure look, she positioned herself in an upside-down posture. The actress wrapped one leg around a piece of cloth hanging from the ceiling. She bent the other leg and touched her toes with both hands, displaying her excellence in the feat. “Somedays the world feels better upside down,” she wrote.

Taapsee Pannu makes aerial yoga feel like it is a cakewalk. She seems to love doing the workout, sometimes incorporating an element of a challenge. When you are a fitness enthusiast like Taapsee, no challenge is too difficult. On another page of her fit-and-fab diaries, the Dunki actress performed upside-down aerial yoga hanging on a silk hammock, simply by balancing her body on her shoulders. Next, she executed an impressive 90-degree formation. It was followed by Taapsee balancing on her knees by wrapping her hands around the hammock.

Not only yoga, Taapsee Pannu is our fitness guide for weight training exercises too. Earlier, she dropped a picture on Instagram practicing dumbbell workouts. This activity has umpteen benefits including improved bone health, rapid weight loss and improved muscle strength. It also boosts the mood, increases heart health, and promotes better sleep. Taapsee showcased her washboard abs in a black sports bra and sea-green pants as she carried out the aerobics. “Talking about ‘my cup of tea'…. I prefer it with 4 biscuits…. At least. WIP,” she wrote.
