In her Instagram reels, the Hate Story 3 star can be seen sweating it out with a graceful smile on her face. The video opens with Zareen Khan laughing as she stands on a treadmill in the gym. She then performs some repetitions of pull-ups with a rope, under the expertise of her trainer.
Zareen Khan then takes it a notch higher. She is in a plank position with her palms resting on dumbbells. She lifts her arms (alternate) with dumbell. A few seconds later, the actress goes on to perform a low-mountain climbing exercise on the floor. For those who don't know, both the exercises work on the core muscles and helps to strengthen them. Towards the end, Zareen Khan is running on the treadmill, which by the way is a great way to burn some calories.

Before that, the actress shared a video of herself performing gymnastics. In her detailed caption about how she was "demotivated" by people for trying out the new fitness forms, she wrote: "To New Beginnings! Gymnastics is something I always wanted to learn. But whenever I shared this thought with people around me, they had different takes on it." However, Zareen started taking gymnastics classes and slayed it.
