On days when we find it hard to leave our beds and hit the gym, Zareen Khan serves us the right kind of motivation. Her latest Instagram post is proof enough. The actress kickstarted her weekend by executing a set of banded pull-ups under the guidance of her fitness instructor Saif Qureshi. Zareen was seen balancing on a rope. She grasped the iron bar above her head and pulled her body up and down in repeated motions. Her first attempt at it seemed easy but isn't. "Did assisted pull-ups today. Feeling proud of myself because I could never do a pull-up and today, I managed quite a few reps. It looks easy because of the band support but it definitely isn't. Thank you, Saif Quresh, for motivating me to do this," read her side note. This particular workout strengthens the biceps, rhomboids and trapezius. It builds overall strength, promotes muscle activation, enhances endurance and reduces the risk of injury.
