About 400 quintals of adulterated buck wheat flour (kuttu aata) was seized during a special drive launched by Food and Drug administration (FDA) authority from across Uttar Pradesh, officials said on Tuesday.
In the ongoing state-wide drive, about 400 quintals of buck wheat flour has been seized by the FDA officials during the raids on Monday, they said.
An FIR has also been lodged against 20 people for allegedly selling adulterated eatables, including buck wheat, he said.
