Gang rape in Sonia Gandhi's Rae Bareilly
Lucknow: A 22-year-old married woman was allegedly gang raped in Unchahar area of Rae Bareilly, Congress President Sonia Gandhi's Lok Sabha constituency, by four persons, who lured her by promising a job.

The victim was called to NTPC colony on Sunday to meet Ashish Mishra, who had promised her a job in NTPC, police said.

When the girl reached the colony Mishra, along with Ashutosh Dwivedi, Rehman and Amit Jaiswal allegedly raped her and locked her in a room.

The girl somehow later managed to flee from there and reported the matter to police.

An FIR has been registered by victim's father U K Pandey at Unchachar police station against the four, who were arrested by the police and sent to jail.
