Ludhiana: A two and a half year old girl is in serious condition after being allegedly raped in Ludhiana, police said today. Cops have registered a case against two unidentified people for the crime.
Police said that the victim was assaulted and left bleeding on the roadside.
The victim was first taken to a civil hospital in Ludhiana, where doctors referred her to the Post Graduate Institute of Medical and Education and Research (PGIMER) in Chandigarh, 110 km from the city. Doctors stated her condition to be serious.
