The police in Ludhiana on Monday arrested one of the three persons accused of raping a 21-year-old woman in a moving car in the city.
The accused, identified as Badal, was arrested and the police also seized the car used in the crime.
The woman was allegedly gang-raped in a moving car after she was kidnapped by three men from the posh Raj Guru Nagar locality, police said.
