Two people died and several others were injured in Mumbai's Vikhroli area after a car ran over them today as they were sleeping on a footpath, news agency ANI said.
The report added that the injured were shifted to a hospital nearby for treatment.
Vikhroli is a suburb area of Mumbai that lies in the north eastern side of the city.
