Four people were found dead inside an abandoned hospital building in Mumbai's Kandivali area, the police said. Police said that a woman and her daughter were allegedly killed by her other daughter, who died by suicide afterwards. The family's driver was also found hanging at the house in suburban Kandivali.
The family used to stay inside an abandoned hospital building, the police officials adding, that the hospital was closed 15 years ago.
"The woman and her daughter were found dead in a pool of blood, while her other daughter and the driver were found hanging in the premises in the early hours of the day," the police said.
The persons who were found dead were identified as Kiran Dalvi, her two daughters - Muskan and Bhumi - and one Shivdayal Sen.
According to the police, Bhoomi and Sen committed suicide after allegedly killing Kiran and Muskan Dalvi.
The police recovered a suicide note from Sen's possession, in which the duo claimed that they had killed Kiran and Muskan over some domestic issues and were ending their lives as well, police said.
