Mumbai:
A 52-year-old man has been arrested by the Mumbai Police for molesting an eight-year-old boy and his six-year-old sister.
The accused, Usman Ganni Hussain Memon, who is a resident of Nalbazar at JJ Marg in South Mumbai, used to lure the children by offering them chocolates. He would then take the children to Afzal Guest House, and commit the heinous crime, the police has claimed.
Memon will be presented in the Mazgoan court tomorrow.
The Mumbai Police has charged him under various sections of the Indian Penal Code including kidnapping and molestation.
