Mumbai: Arpita Khan-Sharma, the younger sister of actor Salman Khan, has been robbed of 2.25 lakhs in cash and other valuables from her home in Mumbai's upmarket area of Bandra.
The police said a woman identified only as Aafsa, who was working as Ms Khan-Sharma's domestic help, is being questioned about the burglary which took place on yesterday. Aafsa had gone missing for a few days.
The actor's sister, one of five siblings, lives in a flat just a few minutes drive from the superstar's own home.
Newspaper reports said a gold coin and designer clothes were also missing.
Ms Khan-Sharma and her husband, Aayush, were traveling abroad when the robbery took place, according to mid-day.com.
