Mumbai:
Bollywood actor Ayushmann Khurrana's domestic help has committed suicide. 26-year-old Shivprasad's body was found from the actor's apartment in Mumbai's Goregaon last night.
Police claim Shivprasad committed suicide three days ago. They say there was nobody at home when the domestic help hung himself with a dupatta.
The actor, who made his debut in the film Vicky Donor last year, is currently in Gurgaon shooting for an upcoming film with actor Sonam Kapoor.
"It is very unfortunate, I am saddened by the news of my house-help committing suicide... We are in process of garnering all information. All the due procedures are being observed," the actor said.
A case of accidental death has been registered, since in Maharashtra suicides are registered as that. The cause of death is being probed.
