Mumbai: In CCTV footage from outside a bungalow in Mumbai, a leopard is seen slinking away after being barked at by the dog of the house.
The leopard had been pacing on the porch, apparently looking for a way in.
The video shows the dog sleeping inside the house. The leopard prowls into the frame and spots the dog through a grill, and paws the grill.
The footage was taken from security cameras at a house in Borivali, which straddles the boundary of the Sanjay Gandhi National Park, one of the largest pockets of forest enclosed within a city.
Residents claim that they have filed complaints with forest authorities, but little has been done to address the situation.
