Mumbai: Fire broke out in a multi-storeyed commercial building in Mumbai's suburban Vile Parle today leading to chaos in the area, fire officials said.
However, no casualty was reported in the blaze, they said.
The fire broke out on the 14th floor of Padmavati building near Andheri around 9:45 am following which seven fire engines, four water tankers apart from four snorkels were rushed to the spot, they said.
The flames were put out by firemen around 12:45 pm, officials said, adding that the cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.
