Mumbai: A fire that broke out in an apartment complex in south Mumbai today has been now brought under control. No casualties have been reported.

Four fire engines and water tanks were rushed to Tirupati Apartments near the famous Mahalaxmi Temple. Dense smoke could be seen emerging from building even as the fire was being doused.

The cause of the fire could not be immediately ascertained.
