Fire Put Out at Mumbai's Main Train Station, Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CST)

Fire personnel dousing a fire that broke out on the fifth floor of the new administrative building of the Central Railway at DN Road in Mumbai on Friday.

Mumbai: A fire broke out in the evening rush hour at Mumbai's main train station, the Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CST); officials said there are no casualties. (First Pics)

The fire began shortly before 5 pm and was extinguished by 7.30 pm. Train services  have returned to normal.

The cause of the fire on the fifth floor of the administrative wing located above the train station has not yet been determined.
