After a woman's dead body was found inside a suitcase at Mumbai's Sandhurst train station on Tuesday, the city police today claimed to have solved the case.
The police said two people were arrested, while one is absconding.
The post-mortem of the woman had revealed that she was four months pregnant. The report also said she was strangled and raped before she was killed. Police says that she was a resident of Delhi-NCR.
The dead body was discovered in a grey stroller bag at the Sandhurst train station on Tuesday. The police said the victim appeared to be in her late 20s and had been murdered hours before her body was discovered.
Last week, the body of another woman was found in a suitcase on an isolated part of Juhu Beach.
