Police today arrested a man for shooting at another person in suburban Boriwali East.
Nobody was injured in the incident which took place in Daulatnagar area this noon.
Kadar Rahman Sheikh alias Badshah (35), a known criminal, shot at Samsher Suleman Khan (22), police said.
Samsher had a scuffle with Badshah's brother a few days ago and Badshah wanted to take revenge, police said.
During a fight, he took out a firearm and shot a round towards Samsher. However somebody tried to stop him and the bullet missed Samsher.
Fortunately nobody was injured. Kasturba Marg Police registered a case against Badshah.
Badshah, who also has criminal cases registered against him at MHB Colony and Dahisar police stations, was arrested.
