Mumbai: Thane police arrested a constable attached to the Mumbra police station for allegedly molesting a woman colleague. According to information from Mumbra police station, the incident took place on November 20, in the premises of the police station, where the accused constable AM Sayyed was deputed.
The victim works in the computer section of the police station. On November 20, Sayyed went to the computer room and requested the victim to give some information. He later allegedly molested her when she was giving him the printout.
Later, Sayyed fled from the place. Senior police inspector Vikram Karkud revealed that Sayyed was arrested on Sunday evening.
