Mumbai: Five lawyers will be sworn-in as additional judges of the Bombay High Court tomorrow.
Lawyers Vinay Manohar Deshpande, Ajey Gadkari, Nitin Sambre, Girish Kulkarni and B S Colabawalla will be sworn-in tomorrow morning in the presence of Bombay High Court Chief Justice Mohit Shah and other judges.
With these appointments, the number of High Court judges will go up to 65.
The notification appointing the five lawyers as additional judges of the High Court was issued by the Union
Ministry of Law and Justice on January 2.
The ceremony, which will be held in the Bombay High Court, will be telecasted live to the Aurangabad bench of the High Court.
