Lucknow: A member of the notorious Ravi Pujari gang from Mumbai was arrested in a joint operation by special task forces of Uttar Pradesh and the Maharashtra police in Jaunpur district.
On a tip-off, the Mumbai mafia shooter Brijesh Chand was arrested by the joint teams on Wednesday.
He told the police that he was the younger brother of Ramesh Upadhaya, who was killed in an encounter by crime branch Mumbai in 2008, and was also working for the Ravi Pujari gang.
