Screaming woman halts traffic at Andheri
Mumbai: On Monday night, a hysterically screaming woman brought traffic to a standstill at Oshiwara in Andheri. She sat on the road screaming, drawing the attention of onlookers and bringing vehicles to a halt.

Two foreign women (whose identities are not known) visited China Gate restaurant for dinner in Andheri's Oshiwara area. The drama began when after dinner, at about 1.00 am, they were given a bill of Rs 1700.

It was then that the two realised they did not have enough money. In a bizarre turn of events, one of the women, stepped out of the restaurant onto the road and began screaming loudly unmindful of the passersby and traffic.

A crowd gathered and vehicles were brought to a forced halt even as the pitch of her voice was touching new heights.

The ruckus lasted few minutes until the other woman was seen trying to calm her down.

One of the waiters of the restaurant was heard saying that some people do resort to such methods to avoid paying high bills.
