In a horrific incident, a seven-year-old boy was dragged 100 meters in an accident by a man driving a car.
The incident occurred on March 9 in the Kharghar area of Navi Mumbai. The car was being driven by 31-year-old Rohit Katake, a resident of the area.
As a result of the accident, the skin on the boy's forehead got peeled off. He will now have to undergo skin grafting. A plastic surgery will be performed on him tomorrow.
Meanwhile, a case of rash driving and negligence has been registered against Mr Katake.
