Mumbai:
A woman police constable in Mumbai today attempted suicide by consuming poison inside the premises of the Maharashtra legislature. She was allegedly sexually harassed by three Assistant Commissioners of Police (ACPs).
The woman cop claims she had filed a complaint with Maharashtra's Home Minister RR Patil, but no action had been taken.
She was rushed to the nearby GT Hospital where she is now undergoing treatment. The police is likely to record her statement once her treatment is through.
