A 25-year-old nurse allegedly committed suicide by consuming poison after her boyfriend married another woman at Shamli town in the district.
Varsha was reportedly in love with 26-year-old Praveen alias Chiku, who, for the last four years, had promised to marry her and instead married someone else.
Following this, Varsha consumed some poisonous substance on Saturday. She was rushed to a hospital, where she declared brought dead.
