Muzaffarnagar:
A 16-year-old girl was allegedly raped by two youth at Mubarikpur village, police said on Monday.
Two youth entered the victim's house when she was alone and raped her on Sunday, they said, adding the accused also threatened her of dire consequences if she disclosed the matter to anyone.
A case has been registered in this regard by the girl's father, they said.
In another incident, a man attempted to rape a woman when she was returning home in Barkali village. Police has registered a case against the youth identified as Sonu Tyagi, who is absconding.
