Muzaffarnagar: Seven people, including three women and a child, were killed when a car they were in rammed into a state transport bus in Muzaffarnagar on Monday morning, police said.
The Maruti car was passing over Dhola Bridge, when a state transport bus coming from the opposite direction collided head on, killing the passengers in the car.
All the seven people belonged to Kurwalia village and were headed for a hospital, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Virendra Bahadur Singh told IANS.
Police are on a lookout for the bus driver, who is reportedly absconding.
