Woman beaten to death for dowry

Muzaffarnagar: A woman was allegedly beaten to death by her husband and in-laws after she failed to meet their dowry demands, police said today.

The victim, Asma, recently married Naeem.

She was allegedly beaten by her husband, his brother and mother yesterday in Khatoli district in Muzaffarnagar.

Police has arrested the trio and registered the case against four family members.
