In a state where grenade attacks and encounters are part of every child's vocabulary, an FM station is symbolic of a slow, but steady change. That change though, is also very precarious. Unlike radio stations in other cities, radio jockeys here do not do road shows - it is not safe. And an unwritten rule, no comment on politics.
