Noida:
An 11-year-old girl who worked as a domestic help in Delhi was abducted and then allegedly raped by two men in Noida, the police have said. Both assailants have been arrested.
The girl, who hails from Odisha, had come to the national capital with her maternal uncle after the death of her parents and started working as a domestic help.
Several days ago, her employers fired her. In search of her uncle, she reached Noida where the accused - an auto rickshaw driver auto driver and his friend - met her. They abducted her on the pretext of helping her.
According to the police, the two accused repeatedly raped the minor at the auto driver's home.
After a tip off, an NGO named Child Line alerted the police and managed to rescue her. The girl has now been sent to a child care home.
