Noida: Two women were killed and one man injured after being run over by a car in Noida's Kalaunda village, police said today.
The incident happened late last night after four men got into a brawl with a local. As a large number of villagers gathered at the spot, the four attempted to run away in their car, and in the process, mowed down three persons, Deputy Superintendent of Police Anurag Singh said.
The victims were identified as Santo Devi (45) and Brakesh Devi (40). The injured man, Rambrat (45), has been admitted at AIIMS Delhi.
The accused were identified as Ashish, Sandeep, Saurabh and Gaurav.
Police said all four accused are absconding adding that a case of murder has been registered.
