Noida: A 45-year-old man was shot dead today allegedly by four men over a property dispute in Atta village.
Four persons came to Satish Chand Gupta's home this morning and shot at him, police said, adding that he was rushed to Vinayak hospital where he was declared brought dead.
The victim's son Satyam Gupta has lodged a case of murder against Manish, Sher Singh, and two others, police said.
In his complaint Satyam has alleged that his father had purchased a land in Delhi's Mundka area from the accused.
After getting full payment the accused forcibly occupied the plot, he said in the complaint.
