A man has been fined Rs 28,500 after a video of him making reels by sitting on the roof of a moving car went viral online, police said on Friday.
The 12-second video shows the man sitting on both the roof and hood of the vehicle.
Gautam Buddh Nagar Deputy Commissioner of Police (Traffic) Yamuna Prasad stated that an e-challan of Rs 28,500 has been issued against the vehicle's owner in connection with the incident.
