A video uploaded by People's Daily, China, shows the horrifying moment a police team in China pulled out a massive king cobra from a car's engine compartment. The cobra, 3 meters or approximately 10-feet-long, was captured in southwest China's Yunnan province. In the video, a team of four policemen work together to open the minivan's hood and pull out the snake out with snake catcher sticks. Weighing a whopping 4.6 kg, the king cobra in question also refused to get into the bag that the policemen had ready for it.

The video has been viewed over 70,000 times on Facebook and has collected over 1,000 reactions.

According to local reports, the snake was released into a jungle.
