There are two kinds of people in the world - those who go to the gym and book dates with dieticians and those who don't.
This one's for the former - those who count calories, diligently work out and stare at every inch of their bodies as it undergoes a transformation. Here are a few things anyone who is constantly in the gym and forever on a diet has been through:
1. Pepped, charged and raring to go, you promise yourself you will either turn into or end up with Ryan Gosling
2. You promise yourself you will eat healthy and lose those extra kilos, no matter what
3. Your favourite topic to talk about becomes your new workout regime or new diet. You've probably said "I already feel so much better" at least once
4. You also give everyone free get-healthy advice (read lectures)
5. People around you make it a point to tell you are looking better (even when they see no visible difference in you)
6. They also eventually stop asking you to join them for lunches and dinners because you go all:
7. You get very emotional if you miss even one day of your workout
8. You also reach a point when you just can't take it anymore
9. But even when it gets very difficult, you keep going on
10. And just like that you forget the entire ordeal you went through the moment you reach your target weight. Goal. Accomplished.
