Social networking site Facebook on Thursday announced two new appointments to head its India operations -- Krithiga Reddy as Director of Online operations and Manoj Varghese, Director of User Operations.
Both Kirthiga and Manoj would be based at their Hyderabad office, the company said adding that it intends to expand operations in India.
Prior to this posting, Kirthiga was Vice-President and General Manager at Phoenix Technologies, Bangalore while Manoj was Director (People Operations) in Google India.
"We've spent the past few months searching globally for a strong candidate capable of leading Facebook's ambitious operations in India", Facebook Global Online Operations-Director Don Faul said in the statement.
