April Fool: it's a mad, mad world out there

It's April 1 and some folks will stop at nothing to make a fool of the world. Here are five awesome hoaxes, our top picks from the good, the bad and the just plain ugly.

The 'Guardian Goggles (because life's too short to think for yourselves)' allows anybody wearing them to view the world with 'augmented reality.' In plain English, it recasts everything around you in a left-leaning liberal light, in keeping with the publication's slant.
