It all started when Reddit user FishMcBite posted a picture on Reddit, asking people to Photoshop it as they please. The picture shows a couple ready to tie the knot... with a beluga whale in the background. As it turns out, the wedding was taking place at Mystic Seaport in Connecticut, and this is not the first time that whales have photobombed pictures there. The curious onlooker - or photobomber, if you so prefer - quickly became an Internet sensation. Redditors wasted no time in photoshopping it and, as expected, it was hilarious.
Some imagined the whale as a sad onlooker while others photoshopped him in as a happy member of the wedding party.
