It was a lucky escape for a bus driver and a conductor on board a city bus that ended up getting trapped underwater in Surat, Gujarat on Thursday morning. Mobile footage showed half of the red Surat BRTS bus submerged in murky water at an underpass in the city. Luckily, no passengers were on board the bus when the incident occurred. The incident led to further chaos on the congested streets around the city. Due to the pre-monsoon showers, it has been raining heavily in the city all day.
