The incident took place on December 9 in east China's Fujian province
Leaving the watchful eye of his family, a three-year-old boy walked in front a van and got run over. But as fate had it, he survived with not a scratch on him.
Footage captured on surveillance camera from Quanzhou City in east China's Fujian province shows a delivery van pulling over in front of a house. The child is seen sitting with his mother and others outside the house.
As the boy's mother walks over to the driver to collect her package, her son follows her and walks right in front of the van. Not realising the three-year-old is in front of him, the man behind the wheel drives the van over him.
The mother and other people only become aware of the incident after the child emerges from under the vehicle. A few bystanders run towards the toddler and pick him up.
Fortunately, the child wasn't injured in the accident, reported CGTN.
