Hyderabad:
A constable in Prakasam district of Andhra Pradesh was on Wednesday arrested and suspended on charges of possessing and circulating obscene video through his mobile phone, police said.
M B Shakil, a native of Ongole town and attached to the Special Party of Prakasam District Police, allegedly "filmed his sexual act" on his mobile phone and circulated the same among his colleagues and friends, a senior police officer said over phone.
"After the porn video matter came to light today, the constable was immediately suspended pending further investigation and was also arrested," the police officer said.
