Urging Bengulureans to "show some discipline," Ms Shaw recently tweeted a picture of two-wheelers recklessly parked on a pavement somewhere in the city. "Look at how lawless our citizens are," she said in her tweet. She even tagged the police chief in it.
Look at how lawless our citizens are. Common Bengulureans show some discipline @CPBlr pic.twitter.com/aZ7zZiG19s

While some on Twitter commented on the 'lack of self discipline' in our country, a few others shared solutions.
@kiranshaw @CPBlr Only way to show discipline is to fine the heck out of them. Cameras & high tech no substitute for on the ground policing

@kiranshaw @CPBlr Madam ,we Indians ( in general ) want our cities to be clean like Singapore but we freely throw garbage on the street .

Some even tried to sympathize with said 'lawless citizens' but Ms Shaw was having none of it.

We'll have to wait to see if Ms Shaw's tweet has lasting impact on citizens.
