Congress leader Digvijaya Singh was trolled after he tweeted about a 'Rahul Gandhi cabinet'
New Delhi:
Congress leader Digvijaya Singh made not one but two bloopers on Twitter within a span of 24 hours. After posting a video made by former Congress MP Rajkumari Ratna Singh yesterday, he tried explaining the background on Twitter. "Rajkumari Ratna Singh ex MP is the daughter of Raja Dinesh Singh ji who was a cabinet minister in Indira Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi's cabinet". Twitter quickly pointed out the mistake, suggesting that he meant Rahul's father Rajiv Gandhi. The leader deleted the erroneous tweet but it was perhaps too late.
Today, his attempt to correct himself didn't go too well either. Mr Singh misspelled the former Prime Minister's name in his amended tweet.
Twitter couldn't resist mocking the leader
Last year in August, while criticising PM Modi's remarks on Pakistan, he referred to Pakistan-occupied-Kashmir as India-occupied-Kashmir.
