As Mr Niinisto invited a journalist to ask a question, Mr Trump scoffed. "Again? You're going to give her the same one?" he interrupted, believing his Baltic counterpart had chosen the same reporter for a second time.
Then came the all-important correction.
"No, she is not the same lady. They are just sitting side by side," Mr Niinisto awkwardly corrected Mr Trump.
When the reporter got the mic, this was her witty response that cracked up the entire room.
That awkward moment Trump thinks two blonde Finnish female reporters are the same person! pic.twitter.com/wvzwwD92FM

"We have a lot of blonde women in Finland" said Maria Annala, a Finnish journalist based in Boston, who was in a black jacket and pink top. Mr Trump had seemingly confused her with Paula Vilen of the Finnish Broadcasting Company, who was wearing a red jacket and white top. Both women, though they happen to have blonde hair, are clearly not the same person.
THIS. The Finnish journalists @potus had trouble telling apart. They are def. 2 diff. people. So glad I met @maria_annala @vilenpaula. pic.twitter.com/gthZWwiiJa

I cringed when I watched that on TV.

I'm not a Trump guy at all, but roasting him for not being able to tell two blond Finnish reporters apart is so dumb.

And then someone refreshed everyone's memory about the fiasco with the Irish reporter
At least he didn't ask them the walk forward so he could get a better look. Like with Irish journalist with the "nice smile."

Back in June, Donald Trump singled out an Irish journalist at the Oval Office and complimented her on her "nice smile" while on the phone with Ireland Prime Minister Leo Varadkar.
