Hell hath no fury like an employee fired. There may or may not be a 'right' way to react to being terminated at work but surely it can't get more 'wrong' than destroying a plane using heavy machinery.
A video posted on YouTube on April 24 is now going viral and has almost 3 lakh views and counting. It appears to show a disgruntled (ex)employee of Russian airline UTair using a digger on a multi-million dollar jet after being handed the pink slip.
The video shows the plane powerless against the huge machine drilling a hole in it, one strike after another.
Several reports also claim that it is possible the plane was defunct and just meeting its fate. Old planes are often dismantled and sold in parts. So the man in the digger might just have been doing his job.
We may not know the exact reason behind the episode but the video makes for an interesting watch none-the-less - the huge digger makes the plane crumble like a tin can. Take a look below:
