French filmmaker Sebastien Montaz-Rosset is taking the phrase 'living on the edge' to new heights and we mean that literally. Some of his mountain adventures, documented on Facebook, might be too extreme for even the most adventurous of souls.
The 40-year-old shared a video on his Facebook page where he is running on the very edge of a mountain cliff in the French Alps. The video contains some breath-taking footage and has been shared over 24,000 times since it was posted on August 10.
If you have a fear of heights, you probably shouldn't be watching this nail-biting cliffhanger.

The footage is shot on a GoPro camera as he runs along the Lac Blanc trail with 8,202-foot drops on each side.
While there is breath-taking view in the video, it also shows how one slip can get him into a lifetime of trouble. He is daring nonetheless and deserves a big applaud.
