Joe Biden Has Seen Those Obama Bromance Memes And He Has A Favorite One

Former US Vice President Joe Biden's favorite Obama-Biden bromance meme has been revealed

New Delhi: Joe Biden. You may remember him as America's former Vice President. The Internet remembers him, fondly, as one half of the viral Obama-Biden bromance memes that took over the virtual world late last year. Twitter and Instagram were flooded with pictures of then US President Barack Obama and Vice President Biden with entertaining captions imagining conversations between the two. Turns out, not only is Mr Biden aware these memes, he has seen many of them and even has a favourite.

The meme includes a picture, originally taken on election night in 2012, that shows Mr Biden and Mr Obama embracing. Their wives, Jill Biden and Michelle Obama, hug in the background. Written by American comedian and activist Dillon Stevenson, the meme imagines Mr Biden trying to convince Mr Obama to leave his wife for him. In the hypothetical conversation, Mr Biden asks, "See? Doesn't this feel right?" Mr Obama laughs, "Joe, I'm not leaving my wife for you." Mr Biden then says, "You said we'd be together forev-" to which Mr Obama firmly says, "8 years. I said 8 years."
Speaking to the Dow Jones blog Moneyish, his daughter, Ashley Biden, reveals that her father "sat there for an hour and laughed" when she first told him about the memes. Ms Biden says she was the one who got to show the memes to her father for the first time.
