Kate Middleton Ends Day 2 in Black and White Party Dress

If Day 1 of Kate Middleton's first trip to India was about establishing a fashion connect with the country, Day 2 was familiar territory, sartorially speaking. She wore a white and black patterned dress by Alice Temperly to a British High Commission-hosted party to celebrate Queen Elizabeth's birthday in New Delhi.
 
Cake was cut and speeches made:
 
Ms Middleton began Monday in Mumbai. A structured white dress by British designer Emilia Wickstead, in whose creations Ms Middleton is regularly seen, was her pick to meet young entrepreneurs and business leaders at Social Offline.

On Sunday, Kate Middleton touched down in Mumbai wearing a red paisley-print outfit by Alexander McQueen. She later unpacked a dress by local designer Anita Dongre and a blue Jenny Packham gown with Indian beadwork and jewellery by Amrapali. Her appointments for the day included cricket with Sachin Tendulkar and a party with Bollywood stars like Shah Rukh Khan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. 

After they left Social Offline, the couple flew to New Delhi. They laid a wreath at India Gate and also visited Gandhi Smriti in the capital.

Prince William and Kate Middleton are touring India and Bhutan for the first time. Their calendar also includes visits to the Taj Mahal in Agra and the Kaziranga National Park in Assam.
